We provide childcare services for children aged 4-11 years, however, please check each setting for the specific age ranges.
Our childcare operates from 7.30 AM to 6.15 PM (each site is different, please check the specific venue), Monday to Friday.

We maintain a low child-to-staff ratio to ensure personalised care and attention. The ratios vary by age group, in line with regulatory standards. All of our policies are available on our website.
We offer a wide range of sports including football but not limited to; basketball, tennis, cricket, dodgeball and our multi-sport clubs, offering a taste of a different sport each week.
Our sports clubs cater for children aged 4 to 11 years old, please check the details for your child’s school.
Registration can be completed online through our website. Visit the PLL Sports Clubs section, select the sport and age group, and complete the registration form.
Our sports programmes typically run in 10-12 week terms, with sessions held once a week.
Our Holiday Camps offer a variety of activities such as sports, arts and crafts, science experiments, fancy dress and outdoor adventures.
Holiday Camps are held during each school holiday. Specific dates and times can be found on our website under the All star holiday camps section. We have venues across Surrey and the surrounding counties.
Bookings can be done through our website. Navigate to the All Star Holiday Camps section, select the camp dates, and fill out the booking form.
Children should bring a packed lunch, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and any necessary medication (please provide details on your booking). A detailed list will be provided upon registration.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple pay and Google pay for online bookings.
Yes, you can amend/cancel a booking by emailing our office at info@pleiadesleisure.com, however we do require 24 hours notice for changes. Unfortunately we will not provide refunds, only credits for cancelled bookings.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your booking once the payment is processed.
